Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using T&T, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Tanning App: T&T is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All UV exposure calculations and tanning window recommendations are estimates based on published Fitzpatrick skin type research and general UV safety guidelines.

• Results may vary based on individual skin sensitivity, medication use, cloud cover, altitude, and other environmental factors.
• T&T's recommendations are not a substitute for advice from a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional.
• Always apply sunscreen, monitor your skin, and consult a doctor if you have any skin condition or concern.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of the App

T&T offers a free tier and a premium subscription (“T&T Premium”) with additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds outside of what is required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.
• A free trial may be offered on the annual plan. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tanningtime.app/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and technology in the App are the property of Create Rush LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

The App integrates third-party services including RevenueCat, Supabase, PostHog, and Open-Meteo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Create Rush LLC is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• UV data will be accurate for your specific location at all times
• Results from using the App will meet your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create Rush LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to skin damage, data loss, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to Create Rush LLC.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above and posting the revised Terms at tanningtime.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
