The live UV index on your Apple Watch

The Apple Watch doesn't show a live UV index on its own, but the T&T app puts the current UV index right on your wrist. Open T&T on your Apple Watch to see the real-time UV index for your location at a glance — no need to reach for your phone.

UVI stands for UV Index — a standard 0–11+ scale that measures the strength of the sun's ultraviolet radiation. In the T&T Apple Watch app, the UVI reading tells you how intense the sun is right now so you can judge how long it's safe to tan before you need shade or sunscreen.
